HOW TO TRACK

Orders are shipped using DHL and are fully trackable. Final mile delivery may be fulfilled by the local postal service in your destination country. Actual shipping cost will be reflected upon checkout.

Unexpected delivery conditions

While we do our best to make sure your order is delivered on time, once your order has left our facility we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. In addition we are not responsible for delays in shipment due to conditions beyond our control such as weather, postal service interruptions, etc.

Change of address

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation email. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes cannot always be guaranteed.
